Trinity Residences is an upcoming high-rise project by JGK Developers on PR-7 Airport Road, Zirakpur. It is announced on 12 acres, 10 for housing and 2 for a hotel, with 4 triangular towers of Stilt + 26 floors and about 600 homes: 2 BHK of about 1,250 sq ft and 3 BHK of about 1,650 sq ft. It is not open for sale yet, and we have not seen a RERA registration for it.
What has been announced about Trinity Residences
The triangular tower plan puts six homes on each floor and makes every flat a corner unit, with four lifts per tower. Construction is announced in Mivan aluminium formwork, with about 60% of the site kept open. Each tower is planned with its own clubhouse, plus a podium park, a mini theatre, badminton and basketball courts, an open amphitheatre, children's play areas, power backup and 24x7 security.
