Trident Hills
200-acre integrated township at the Shivalik foothills in Pinjore with plots, 4 BHK low-rise homes and The Azaleas club.
Trident Hills is a roughly 200-acre integrated township by Trident Hills Private Limited, part of Trident Realty, at Sector 3, 4 and 4A of the Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complex in Panchkula. The site sits at the foot of the Shivaliks, about 5 km from Panchkula and 5 km from Pinjore, with the Shimla-Kalka highway running alongside. Plots, low-rise floors, a group housing pocket and commercial pockets are planned inside one gated boundary, with a club called The Azaleas at the centre of it. Prices are shared on request.
About Trident Hills
This is a township, not a single project, and it helps to think of it that way. Licences covering 194 acres have been issued to the developer, and the layout is split into named precincts that are released in stages. Some parts are built and occupied, some are under construction, and some are still on the drawing board. The land was originally the IREO Fiveriver holding; the company behind it today is Trident Hills Private Limited, formerly IREO Fiveriver Private Limited.
What makes the address unusual for the Tricity is the setting. Most new supply in Panchkula and Zirakpur is flat, dense and boxed in by other colonies. Here you get open land against the Shivalik ridge, with mountain views from the higher pockets and far lower air-pollution readings than Delhi NCR or even parts of the plains. That is the reason most of our buyers look at it, and it is also the reason it is priced above the surrounding Pinjore market.
Location and connectivity
The township is adjacent to the Shimla-Kalka highway and next to Aravali International School. From the site: Panchkula is about 5 km, Pinjore about 5 km, Chandigarh city about 18 km, Zirakpur about 18 km and Mohali about 25 km. Chandigarh airport is about 24 km and Chandigarh railway station about 16 km. Kasauli is about 40 km up the hill, which is what makes this stretch popular as a weekend-and-weekday address rather than only one or the other.
For daily needs, Paras Hospital is about 12 km, Alchemist about 15 km, Command Hospital about 11 km and PGI about 23 km. DPS Panchkula, The British School and Saupin's are all in the 13 km band, with The Lawrence School at Sanawar about 27 km away. DT City Centre mall is about 14 km, Elante about 18 km, Panchkula Golf Club about 11 km. All distances are approximate and taken from the developer's own material.
What is inside the township
The master plan is organised into precincts, each with its own plot sizes and character:
- Central Vista is the plotted heart of the township, with 199 Special Edition residential plots across about 26.15 acres, wrapped around a central green with a kids' pool, an amphitheatre and sports courts. Plot sizes here run from 260 sq. m to 568.47 sq. m, which is roughly 311 to 680 sq. yd.
- Forest Vista sits on the eastern edge against the green belt and carries both plots and the Windsong low-rise blocks.
- Aqua Vista A and B run along the western side of the township, again a mix of plots and Windsong floors.
- Hills Vista A and B are the northern pockets, closest to the hills.
- Windsong Residences are 4 BHK low-rise homes built on 300 sq. m and 456 sq. m plots inside Forest Vista and Aqua Vista, one residence per floor, 412 residences in total.
- A group housing pocket and commercial pockets including retail and SCOs are marked on the plan for later phases.
Plot sizes across the township as a whole span four bands on the sanctioned layout, from under 176 sq. m up to 1,000 sq. m, so there is a genuine spread between a compact build and a large family home. Availability in any given band moves quickly, so ask us for the live inventory before you plan a visit.
The Azaleas club
The Azaleas is the township club: party spaces, indoor games and sports facilities, an infinity pool with an open bar, rejuvenation spaces and a children's activity club. Membership is governed by the terms of allotment rather than being bundled into the common areas, so confirm the charges in writing before you book.
Township features
Theme gardens, a herb garden, a birdhouse with feeder, an amphitheatre, a jogging track and landscaped open areas run through the plan. On the services side: smart street lights, CCTV surveillance with third-party monitoring, a control and command centre, provision for 24x7 power backup, electric car charging points and recycled water for sanitation. These are township-wide features and are not exclusive to any one precinct.
RERA and approvals
The township is registered with the Haryana RERA authority at Panchkula in phases. Trident Hills 1 is registered under HRERA-PKL-PKL-355-2022 dated 30 September 2022, covering 60.69 acres. Trident Hills 2 is HRERA-PKL-PKL-356-2022 of the same date, covering 43.755 acres. Trident Hills 3 is HRERA-PKL-PKL-782-2025 dated 31 October 2025, with a registered completion date of 31 December 2031. Windsong Residences 1 and 2 carry their own registrations, HRERA-PKL-PKL-476-2023 and HRERA-PKL-PKL-477-2023, both dated 19 July 2023 with completion by 17 August 2027. Licences 124, 125 and 135 of 2022 and licence 21 of 2025 cover a total of 194 acres.
Check each number yourself on the Haryana RERA portal before you pay anything. We will hand you the registration number, the sanctioned layout and the payment plan for whichever precinct you are considering at the enquiry stage, not after booking.
