Country Homes is a gated farm house project by The Jubilant's Group at Village Kohra Bhura, Naraingarh, in Ambala district, Haryana. It is a layout of 49 farm house plots from about 664 to 2,945 sq yds, built around a 40 ft main road, a sports complex and a landscaped green. Work is visibly on: when we got photos from the site on 24 October 2026, the entrance gatehouses were up and the internal roads were being laid.

The plots
Most of the plots sit in the 900 to 1,300 sq yds band, which is about one and a half to two kanal: enough for a single-storey farm house, a lawn and a kitchen garden without the upkeep of a full acre. Going by the site plan, 22 plots are under 1,000 sq yds, 16 are between 1,000 and 1,300, and 11 are larger, from about 1,400 sq yds up to the 2,945 sq yds corner plot at the entrance. The biggest ones are along the green area and near the entrance roundabout.
Amenities
The developer has kept the amenity list practical for a farm house community rather than a high-rise club. You come in through a 100 ft entrance with a feature wall and water element, and the 40 ft main road is finished in pavers and cobble with a themed sculpture on each roundabout. Every farm house gets a themed entrance gate, and the roads are lined with trees.

What is built so far
The photos from 24 October 2026 show the two domed gatehouses and the main gate finished, palms and shrubs planted around the entrance, kerbs and saplings along the first stretch of road, and a building coming up near the entrance. The rest of the site was still being levelled, with paver stacks and machines on the ground. Ask us for a fresh video before you visit, or come and see it with us.
Location
The project is out past Panchkula, on the road towards Naraingarh, with the Shivalik hills in clear view from the plots. That is the appeal: a weekend place that is a drive from Panchkula, Chandigarh and Zirakpur rather than a flight to the hills. On the site plan the approach road heads towards Qasampura. If you want a bigger estate closer to Panchkula, look at Lincoln Hills on Raipur Rani Road.
