Kasaa Landcorp (also spelled Casa Landcorp) is an upcoming large-format high-rise project on the Chandigarh-Patiala Highway (NH-7), Zirakpur, announced on a 16-acre site by Kasaa Landcorp LLP. Pre-launch information describes 3 BHK to 5 BHK homes from about 2,100 sq ft and a 1.5 lakh sq ft sports clubhouse. It is not open for sale yet, and we have not seen a RERA registration for it.
What has been announced about Kasaa Landcorp

- 3+1 BHK: about 2,550 to 2,800 sq ft
- 4 BHK: about 3,100 to 3,500 sq ft

The headline is a multi-level sports clubhouse of about 1.5 lakh sq ft, with tennis, badminton, squash and basketball courts, a skating rink, a pool, a bowling alley, a private cinema, a spa and fine dining among more than 40 announced facilities. Parking is planned in a double basement to keep the ground level free of cars, with 6-tier security across the 16 acres and EV charging.
Location: Chandigarh-Patiala Highway
NH-7 links Zirakpur to the Airport Road side, Aerocity and Patiala, with malls, hospitals and schools along the highway. It also carries heavy traffic at peak hours. Compare it with the other projects we list on this stretch, such as Ananta Aspire and Vamana Arvindam.
