Some projects arrive quietly. JM Housing is one of them — a gated high-rise community now taking shape in the Chandigarh Tricity region, currently in its pre-launch planning stage. We're sharing it early because the site plan tells a story worth watching: four residential towers of spacious 3 BHK homes with just two apartments per floor, set along a single secured entry with the entire eastern edge given to greens, courts and community space.
What the site plan shows
Four towers — Type A (stilt + 14) and three Type B blocks (one stilt + 14, two stilt + 21) — each floor holding only two 3 BHK residences, which keeps corridors short and homes corner-lit from multiple sides. Alongside: a G+1 clubhouse at the entrance with a swimming pool, a tennis court, a basketball court, a dedicated sports area, a yoga and meditation lawn, organised green pockets, stilt and basement parking, and an EWS block (stilt + 6) as per norms.
