The flats
Every flat in the towers is a 3 BHK of about 1,830 sq ft super area with three bedrooms, three washrooms, a combined drawing and dining room and a separate store room, which most flats in this size range in Zirakpur skip. The towers use a quad-core layout: four flats share a floor, each set around its own core, so you get fewer neighbours per lift and corners on most homes. The developer's unit sheet below is labelled 1,870 sq ft, so ask for the final super, covered and carpet areas in writing before you book.
The deck also shows an existing mid-rise block (S+6 and S+7) with a 1,560 sq ft 3 BHK and store. That suits buyers who would rather be on a lower floor, though there are fewer of them.
Site plan and clubhouses
The site faces a 100 ft road. The towers run in a line along the back with the courts and greens in between, and the club, pool and landscaped area sit at the far end away from the road.
